I have been a social worker for the last 13 years and I’ve seen lives filled with stress, exhaustion, discouragement, insecurity, grief, anger, chaos, and burnout. I can even relate with some of my own life experiences. What I’ve learned in my career are work-arounds and ways to combat adversity with acts of self-care. Pouring into your own cup is not only necessary, but it’s a beautiful way to show yourself some love. I’m excited for you to join this retreat to learn, practice, and appreciate self care!
